Many residents of Barton Stacey, Sutton Scotney, Owslebury and Twyford have seen their parcels disappear, after being marked as delivered by the well known courier, EVRI. Evri has apologised and said it has a 'zero-tolerance' policy towards fraudulent behaviour. In several cases, the delivery driver has uploaded completely black images as "proof of delivery” or left the parcels in random, unsecured locations. I’d had quite a few emails from Evri saying they’d tried to deliver but there was nobody in, when we had been. A spokesperson from EVRi said: “Our ambition is that every customer’s experience is a positive one and we apologise to anyone affected by this.
