We are getting to the final steps of filing a lawsuit against the city for 1004 Rosecrans. We are trying to make sure that our new legal team will be present to provide the next steps from their office. We cannot do this alone; our group is a 100% volunteer grass root group who have already contributed quite a bit of out-of-pocket expenses. 1004 project is almost at all stages of approvals, and we are ready to move forward with legal action.
