Several people rang Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service in the early hours on Sunday, September 21 to report two cars on fire. Firefighters from Yeovil and Martock Fire Stations arrived at the scene of the blaze and discovered two more cars were on fire. Similarly, a further vehicle was 30 per cent damaged by fire with the fourth vehicle five per cent damaged by heat. Adjacent properties were checked for fire spread but were found to be undamaged, a fire spokesperson added. "Two vehicles were completely destroyed by fire and a further vehicle was 30% damaged by fire with the fourth vehicle 5% damaged by heat.
