Devon and Somerset Fire Service received multiple phone calls reporting a vehicle fire near Dimmer Lane, Castle Cary, at around 1pm on Tuesday (September 23). Castle Cary fire crews were sent to the scene to investigate the extent of the blaze and once there confirmed that one vehicle was “well alight”.
