A banned motorist’s decision to use a mobile phone while driving has landed them in court.
Police officers patrolling Dingwall pulled the driver over on Monday morning after spotting them using their phone behind the wheel.
A police spokesperson said: “Dingwall response officers were on patrol this morning when they saw the driver of this van using his mobile phone while driving.
