On Monday, the Board voted to approve and adopt ‘ The Project Clydesdale Economic Development Project Plan ’ and associated tax incentives. The data center will be located north of East 76th Street North, east of North Yale Avenue, south of East 86th Street North, and west of North Sheridan Road. According to the development project plan, it will consist of at least one phase with three possible additional phases, with each phase covering approximately 200,000 sq ft (18,580 sqm) and funded by a private investment of at least $700 million.
