Rabia Riaz is a Senior Deputy Director in the Human Resources Directorate at the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), where she has served for 12 years. These airports serve as vital gateways to the country and contribute substantially to national revenue and employment. Rabia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Administration. She intends to apply this knowledge to help drive progressive HR reforms in Pakistan’s evolving aviation sector and make workplaces more equitable across genders.
