CubeCold, the international temperature-controlled logistics provider, has received planning permission to redevelop New Aquitaine House, West Berkshire, into a new UK headquarters for its acquisition Pulleyn Properties. CubeCold’s UK operations have been delivered through Pulleyn since it was acquired two years ago. The Reading-based logistics company serves sectors such as medical, pharmaceuticals, NHS public health, frozen food and fine art. Construction on the new 10,155m2 facility is underway and will feature extended warehouse and office space, enabling CubeCold to expand its operations and meet growing demand. CubeCold says the development will generate significant economic growth in the region, both during the construction phase and once operational.
