Valsoia, a leading Italian plant-based nutrition company, has announced the introduction of two new products to its plant-based gelato lineup. The Tiramisù Gelato Pint and the Salted Caramel Cone will be presented at ANUGA 2025, Europe’s major trade fair for food and beverages, which will take place in Cologne from October 4 to 8. © ValsoiaAlso debuting at ANUGA is Valsoia’s Salted Caramel Cone. The product features caramel-flavored gelato swirled with salted caramel sauce, all served in a gluten-free cone and topped with caramelized almonds for added crunch.
