Alcohol licence bid submitted as closed village bar set for rebrand and reopening

This followed a £75,000 refit of the former Liberty’s Gin Bar that occupied the Common Lane premises.
Now, Warrington Borough Council has received an application seeking an alcohol and music licence for the premises.
Submitted by Horseshoe Croft Ltd for 31-33 Common Lane in Culcheth, the bid suggests that the premises will be called Alfred’s Bar.
A further section of the application is for the provision of recorded music indoors, from Sunday to Saturday, between 9am and midnight.
