The band performed with newly acquired instruments bought with £5,520 funding from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland’s Musical Instrument Programme. The funding, received in December 2024, was used to purchase a xylophone, cornet, and mutes. The scheme, supported by the Department for Communities, aims to improve the quality of music-making in Northern Ireland. It helps bands, groups, and professional musicians replace worn-out instruments and acquire new ones.
