Motorists and residents in Perth’s south have been urged to avoid a street after asbestos spilt on to the road. Emergency WA warned there had been an asbestos spill on Dalison Avenue between Phillips Road and Pearse Road in Wattleup around 4.30pm. “Loose asbestos is on Dalison Ave. Dalison Ave has been closed between Phillips Road and Pearse Road although local traffic is permitted. People in the area are urged to remain inside with doors and windows closed.
