Maldon District Council has prosecuted Maldon Fish and Chips Ltd, trading as Maki Fish and Grill in Mill Road, for multiple breaches of a Community Protection Notice. The breaches relate to repeated incidents of inappropriate and inconsiderate parking by staff and delivery drivers outside the business premises, despite clear conditions set out in the notice.
