For the second and third years of the agreements, workers will receive salary increases of 3% each year, providing steady and measurable improvements in compensation. ABWU President, Kem Riley said the new package of benefits is a reasonable improvement on the previous agreements. “These agreements are testament to the resilience of the workers and the collective strength of their Union,” Riley said.
