ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (News-Press NOW) -- Anyone facing threats of disconnection from heating or cooling sources will need to act quickly. Community Action's Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Summer Crisis Intervention Program (SCIP) is set to close applications for the program at the end of day on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
