The 6A boys golf regular season came to a close on Monday with the final region tournaments of the season. Farmington, Corner Canyon and Riverton won their respective region championships and will be among the contenders for the state title. Corner Canyon averaged 278 throughout region play, just narrowly ahead of region foe and rival Lone Peak’s 278.1. The three region medalists in 6A are Layton’sMadden Barnes, Riverton’s Jaxon Erickson and Corner Canyon’s Ryder Huish.
