Dartmouth Cancer Center to host free event for those affected by cancer

LEBANON — Dartmouth Cancer Center will host a free, daylong event for people affected by cancer Saturday, Oct. 18.
“Life After a Cancer Diagnosis: A Day of Connection, Hope, and Wellness” will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive in Lebanon.
It is open to cancer survivors, care partners, loved ones and health care workers.
Carly Fauth, a cancer exercise specialist, will give a keynote talk titled “Movement is Medicine — Reflect, Reframe & Move Beyond Cancer.” The gathering also includes programs about nutrition, managing fears and journaling.
