NEWBURY, Vt. — Police in Massachusetts on Monday arrested two Bradford, Vt., residents wanted in connection with an alleged road rage incident that resulted in gunfire. Authorities had been looking for French and Cabey since Sept. 20. The shooting was “not a random act of violence and involved people who knew each other,” an earlier news release said.
