Waterford Business District capped the third quarter with a win: HR and payroll giant ADP is relocating its Miami office to the 250-acre campus. The Waterford Business District at 5505 Waterford District DriveADP signed for 78K SF at the Waterford Business District for its new Miami office location, according to a news release. The deal was first revealed by Blanca Commercial Real Estate Vice Chairman Juan Ruiz at Bisnow’s Miami State of the Market event held at the Waterford Business District on Thursday. “We’re excited to welcome ADP’s Miami office to Waterford Business District,” Ruiz said in a statement. “Welcoming ADP to Waterford Business District is a major milestone in our long-term vision for this campus,” Charles Russo, Nuveen Real Estate senior director and asset management lead of the East region, said in a statement.
