Relatives of his wife, Geraldina, told police they had not talked to her since about 8:30 p.m. Friday Sept. 12. Berks County District AttorneyRodriguez told police he picked them up but claimed he dropped them off later that evening, the affidavit said. Rodriguez remains locked in the Berks County Prison after a judge denied bail.
