The U.S. also tops the $25 million peacekeeping budget, paying 26 per cent to China’s 24 per cent.
Canada is 8th, with a 2.5 per cent assessment for both budgets.
Meanwhile, 175 of the 193 member states pay less than 1 per cent — 28, next to nothing at all.
