Your White Mage should cast Esuna on the Bard and move into the area to heal others. The Bard should continue singing, and the White Mage should keep healing, casting Cura on injured units. Use your White Mage to raise fallen allies or to heal critical damage. Ramza will get a final chance to attack Barich, with a good but not guaranteed chance to land the hit.
