On Friday, September 19, 2025, officers from the New Milton Neighbourhoods Team took the man into custody at a property under a closure order extension from the Magistrates' Court. This order, under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, was put in place following concerns from neighbours. It forbids anyone not listed in the order from entering or staying in the property. The orders are issued when enough evidence shows that certain behaviours are negatively affecting the quality of life in the area.
