Daryl Woods-Dean, 28, appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on Friday, September 19 for sentencing after pleading guilty to two offences. On Sunday, July 6, 2025, Woods-Dean damaged a window, worktop, lamp and flooring at Haviland Road East, Bournemouth, belonging to Jeffrey King. The damage was valued at about £2,300. Woods-Dean admitted acting without lawful excuse and being reckless as to whether the property would be destroyed or damaged, in breach of the Criminal Damage Act 1971. He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court bail at the appointed time on Monday, August 4, 2025, at Poole Magistrates' Court, having previously been released on bail on Sunday, July 6.
