On Saturday, September 20, Ringwood Carnival kicked off for another year, bringing bright colours, vibrant music and around 60 groups participating in the day's festivities. During a time when many community events are being cancelled due to a lack of funding and participation, Ringwood Carnival is not looking to stop anytime soon. Next year's carnival is already set in stone, with planning underway to ensure it is another successful event.
