Christoper Millard, 39 and of Horton Road in Three Legged Cross, admitted to the offences at Poole Magistrates’ Court. Millard was charged with two counts of threaten to share a photograph or film of a person in an intimate state. It was said that the defendant threatened to share a photograph which showed the woman in an intimate state. The charges state that the threats were made on both August 15, 2024, and January 14, 2025. He must also pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £114.
