Construction crews broke ground on Long Branch's new health and recreation hub on Sept. 19. The $30 million site at Bath and Third Avenues will mix medical care, tech spaces, books, and green areas across four acres. The gift of land and structures came from RWJBarnabas Health and Monmouth Medical Center back in 2021. "This center represents a major step forward in creating inclusive, innovative spaces where health, education, and community thrive together," said Mayor John Pallone, according to The Link News. Train buffs will love the Railroad Museum's tiny locomotives and New York and Long Branch Railroad items.
