Halo Developments was this month given permission to renovate 2 Market Place, formerly the Regal Cinema and Route 42 nightclub. The building, known as The Corn Exchange, has been lying unused since 2002 and will be converted into 11 dwellings (spread across the ground, first and second floors) and commercial space.
