At 2.58am on Tuesday, September 23, emergency services were called after reports that a man had been stabbed near the Sainsbury’s in Poole High Street. A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “At 2.58am on Tuesday 23 September 2025 we received a report from the ambulance service that a man had sustained suspected stab wounds to his arm in High Street in Poole. Dorset Police said the incident was first reported by the ambulance service. A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 02:55hrs on Tuesday, September 23 to an incident in Poole. We conveyed one patient by land ambulance to Poole Hospital.”
