After seven years of serving endless breakfast tacos and savory fajitas, Taco JED in Rochester, Minnesota, will officially close on Saturday, October 18th. Taco JED was completely honest with their customers and followers. They believe the time to close this chapter is now and that there is no need for a place like Taco JED any longer in Minnesota.
