LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The estate of Michael Heslin, an actor who appeared on the Hallmark Channel, has filed a lawsuit claiming staff at a Las Vegas restaurant failed to respond when he collapsed and died. On June 25, 2024, Heslin was dining at Javier’s restaurant at Aria Resort & Casino when he suddenly collapsed, the lawsuit said. The employees also threatened to have Heslin’s friends arrested or trespassed, demanded that they delete the video of the incident, and removed them from the restaurant, according to the lawsuit.
