Story and photos by Shawn ByersThe Westmoreland County Airshow was held on June 21st and 22nd, 2025 at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in picturesque Latrobe, Pennsylvania. I only attended the Sunday airshow as I split the weekend with Dayton, but it went off without a hitch in clear skies. On the east end were those fun non-aviation statics like the Oscar Meyer Wiener Mobile, a hot rod Shop and Save shopping cart and the Idaho Potato truck. The show began with opening ceremonies at 1200 with the West Point Parachute Team who deployed from an Army Lakota Helicopter. Happy 100th Anniversary to the Westmoreland County Airshow!
