After attending the United Nations General Assembly on Sept. 23, French President Emmanuel Macron‘s motorcade was unexpectedly stopped by the NYPD while he was trying to return to the French Embassy. After being left there stranded, Macron himself stepped out to ask the NYPD officers about the situation. At this point, Macron dialed Trump directly, quipping at him, “How are you?
