Ebonyi Assembly Speaker, Nwifuru Emerges APC Factional Governorship Candidate(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Speaker of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly Chief Francis Nwifuru has emerged winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Governorship primary election held in Abakaliki today, Thursday.
