Still, the Monday conviction was the most tragic and very unfortunate of all the military court verdicts. Mr. President is covered by the law to exercise this right and he should not hesitate while debate on justice and sanity in the country continues. So many of them unlike in the military court are necessarily delayed or went into oblivion and died naturally. Corruption and abuse of privileges of office is another angle to challenge of justice dispensation in Nigeria. That is justice and the only means to sanity in the polity.
