On Monday Rob and I attended the reopening ceremony for Plaza Premium’s Heathrow Terminal 3 arrivals lounge. This is the old Delta arrivals lounge which became surplus to requirements after it started to use the Virgin Atlantic Revivals lounge (review) back in 2017 (see our original story here). Plaza Premium ran this space as an arrivals lounge pre-pandemic, but didn’t change a thing from the Delta days. Importantly, you CANNOT currently access the lounge with The Platinum Card from American Express despite Amex’s global deal with Plaza Premium.
