However the T&C for these offers are notoriously unreliable and, given that Amex Stays had its own dedicated website, it seemed fair to treat that as the final word. If you have booked multiple stays under ‘Amex Stays’ on the back of the website saying that you could earn the cashback 42 times, you should make a complaint when the second and subsequent cashbacks fail to appear.
