She attended Andalusia High School and Troy State Teachers College. After graduating from Dozier High School, Mr. Norris served in the Air Force for 4 years. He then went on to serve as Assistant Principal and later Principal at Opp High School for 5 years. He also served as a football and basketball coach at Opp Middle School and Opp High School. Funeral services for Mr. Meeks will be held 1 PM Friday September 19 at Foreman Funeral Home with Brother Stanley Woods officiating.
