A Babbitt man faces one felony charge in connection with an August incident in which he allegedly threatened to kill another man. Scott MacMillan, 55, has been charged with threats of violence/ reckless disregard risk, for an Aug. 10 incident. According to a charging document filed by the Babbitt Police Department, officers from Babbitt received a report of a disturbance involving neighbors on Fir Circle. The reporting party, alleged that MacMillan trespassed on his property and threatened him. The alleged victim said he tried to explain that he didn’t report him, but that MacMillan continued to insult him and tried to get him to fight him.
