For the Sake of One, a local nonprofit that supports children and families in foster care, will host its 8th Annual Hope Banquet on Thursday, October 16, at 6:30 PM. The event, presented by the Texas Pioneer Foundation, will be held at The Canvas Special Events Center located at 2101 Texas Blvd, Texarkana, TX. The Hope Banquet is the organization’s biggest fundraiser of the year and features inspiring stories from local foster, adoptive, and kinship families.
