Beginning at approximately 7 am Wednesday, September 24th, 2025, the following road will be closed to thru traffic & water will be off in the following area for utility work:Road closed:6th Ave. SE East Bound Outside Lane from S. Lamont St. to S. Centennial St.Water off:6th Ave. SE from S. Lafayette St. to S. Centennial St. The road is scheduled to be closed & water will be off until approximately 5 pm or until finished. The Public Works Department suggests that residents in the affected area collect and store water for personal and restroom use.
