Miller Homes has announced its Community Fund initiative will start accepting applications from September across the South West. David Greengrass, head of sales for Miller Homes South West, said: "Miller Homes’ Community Fund initiative has supported hundreds of community-led projects since its inception in 2022, and we are very proud to be able to bring that same opportunity to groups across the South West with the launch of the scheme in our region." "Miller Homes South West will have the chance to provide £10,000 of funding to successful applicants of the Community Fund over the course of the scheme’s next two rounds, to hopefully transform some of the best and most deserving groups, projects and causes throughout this part of the country." Miller Homes South West is the developer’s newest trading region, formed after the acquisition of St Modwen Homes. This includes Newport, Swansea, and Weston, with a new development in Yatton set to begin soon.
