Cadbury Hall welcomed a team from Willow Chiropractor Clevedon for a morning of a talks and one-to-one spine checks, offering practical advice on self-care and posture. The visit was organised by Angela, Cadbury Hall’s HSA, as part of the home’s wellbeing programme. Audrene Abrigo, general manager at Cadbury Hall, said: "At Cadbury Hall, we are always looking for opportunities to support the health and wellbeing of our community. The event included a talk on spinal health, one-to-one spine checks, and tips for maintaining mobility and comfort. "It was lovely to have the Willow team here to share their knowledge."
