The victim, a nine-year-old girl, was shot three times with an airgun around 1.30pm in Chakeshill Drive in Bristol. But speaking today, neighbours described the victim and her family as 'lovely' and said the community was desperate to help catch the culprits. One said: "They are the best neighbours we’ve ever had, and the best neighbours anyone could ever have. After the girl was shot, a racial comment was made. "The incident, which involved a nine-year-old girl, happened at around 1.30pm in Chakeshill Drive, Brentry, Bristol on Thursday 2 September.
