A 36-year-old man in Ohio has been arrested for allegedly killing a 22-year-old landscape worker, fatally shooting the victim in the heart following an argument over grass clippings getting on his car. Upon arriving, first responders located the victim — later identified as Staggs — suffering from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel transported Staggs to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The caller then says, "Yeah, it was an argument over grass clippings on a car." He also told the dispatcher that the alleged shooter was still "right in front of the house."
