COVENTRY City have agreed to sell captain Ben Sheaf to Championship rivals Wrexham in a £6.5million deal. Sheaf will undergo a medical with the Welsh side on Monday after the two clubs agreed on a £6.5m fee for the midfielder, according to Sky Sports. The 27-year-old has one year remaining on his contract and has featured just once for the Sky Blues this season. He helped the club reach the Championship play-off final in 2022/23. And the midfielder then helped City reach the FA Cup semi-finals in 2023/24.
