COVENTRY City head coach Frank Lampard and midfielder Victor Torp are on the shortlist for individual monthly awards for August. Lampard guided the Sky Blues to an unbeaten start to the 2025/26 campaign. And Torp played a central role in City’s unbeaten start, scoring four goals in as many appearances. Lampard is up against former Sky Blues boss Mark Robins, now in charge of Stoke City, and Middlesbrough’s Rob Edwards. And Torp faces competition for the prize from Bristol City’s Ross McCrorie, Norwich City’s Josh Sargent and also Stoke’s Sorba Thomas.
