TEAM MI Racing’s riders are ending the time trial season with a flourish after triumphing at multiple events. The Coventry-based team claimed victory at Leamington Cycling and Athletics Club’s 10-mile race and the Legato Racing Team 25-mile race. And Mead and Shepherd repeated the feat at the Legato event while Team MI Racing also won the team prizes in both races. Out on the road, Team MI Racing’s young signing James Bacon endured a busy few weeks of racing. The four-stage race took place over three days with the opening stage a 76km sprinters’ circuit race, stage two a 10km time trial, stage three a 106km road stage and stage four a 112km climbers’ road stage.
