CARL Rushworth insists he is ‘building trust’ with the defenders in front of him after recording a clean sheet in Coventry City’s M69 derby stalemate against Leicester City. Rushworth kept his second clean sheet for the Sky Blues since joining on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion at the King Power Stadium. The goalkeeper made nine saves in the derby clash and believes Coventry will enjoy a successful season as he continues to build a trusting relationship with his defence. “That’s what will make us really successful, we can have each other’s backs and demand from each other day in day out. And Rushworth feels Coventry have gained a point following the draw which preserves the club’s unbeaten start to the season.
