Nestlé’s Paul Bulcke, has resigned his position as chairman. The move follows reports investors were demanding his exit in the wake of the CEO scandal that rocked the multinational. Pablo Isla, who was due to assume the role in April 2026, will instead step up on 1 October. “I have full trust in Nestlé’s new leadership and firmly believe this great company is well positioned for the future,” said Bulcke in a statement. Marie-Gabrielle Ineichen-Fleisch has been appointed vice chair of the Board of Directors.
